A grievance form asks for your name, mobile number, locality, grievance category and a description. You can also choose to attach supporting files.

Submitted grievance details and selected attachments are sent to the website’s server. A successful submission returns a reference number and stores the grievance for review.

• Closing or refreshing the page does not delete a submitted grievance.
• Text entered in an unfinished form may be lost when you close or refresh the page.
• Review your details and attachments before submitting.

New grievance attachments require sign-in and are available to the resident who uploaded them and authorised office staff. Public news and event photos are handled separately. Files uploaded before this protection was introduced may previously have been publicly accessible.

• Crop or cover personal details that are not needed to explain the issue.
• Avoid including another person’s contact or identity details unless they are necessary.
• Removing a selected file before submission stops that file from being included in the submission.
